My current drawing and sculptural practice is a study of materials and the alchemical reactions achieved from the application of traditional and experimental casting techniques. A desire to subvert traditional casting practice coupled with a propensity to exhaustive experimentation and a diaristic approach to recording results has fueled my practice resulting in a body of work redolent of olfactory, auto-biographical and alchemical artifacts.
